No. Every paid plan includes every feature. Plans differ only by how many workspaces they cover, plus onboarding and support at the larger tiers.
€299 per ensemble workspace per year excl. VAT, minimum three. Book a demo, we set up your workspaces for the pilot, and you have 30 days to try them with your groups - add more workspace slots yourself as you go. Then pay the invoice for the slots you keep by bank transfer, card or SEPA, with 30 days to pay. Nothing auto-renews: before each new year you choose how many slots to renew with.
By invoice or purchase order — annually, with 30 days to pay by bank transfer, card or SEPA. No card needed to start, and nothing auto-renews: you renew from 60 days before your year ends. Ask us for a quote, a sample invoice or a W-8BEN-E anytime.
Ensembles and Pro accounts can pay monthly or annually (annual billing saves €69 a year on Ensemble and €12 a year on Pro). Organization and School plans are annual-only, because they are bought on an annual budget.
Your plan's size is shown in the workspace as you fill it. At the limit new invitations stop rather than quietly costing you more. Organizations add workspace slots themselves; for anything else, tell us and we'll move you to the plan that fits.
School plans are the education price. School Plus at €1,199 excl. VAT works out to about €80 per workspace — a third less than School.
Ensembles and Pro: 14-day free trial — add a card or SEPA at the start, billing only begins after the trial, cancel anytime before. Organizations: 30 days in the workspaces we set up for you before anything is charged. Schools: a 30-day pilot, no credit card required.
